Information for Speakers

  1. All speakers (for symposiums, educational lectures, and general presentations) are required to disclose any conflicts of interest. Please download the PowerPoint slide template from the ISFRI 2025 website and use it to report your conflicts of interest. This should be added as the second slide in your presentation.
  2. Before your session starts, please save your presentation data in the folder on the desktop of the presentation PC, which is labeled with the session number. The session number can be found in the session outline in the abstract book. There is a 10-minute break between sessions, so you can save your data in advance.
  3. Please make sure to be seated at the front of the presentation room before your session begins.

Please note that you will not be able to modify your presentation data once you are at the venue.

  1. Before starting your presentation, click on your name on the display at the podium. You can use the mouse and touchpad at the podium to switch your slides.
  2. Your presentation data will be temporarily stored on the presentation PC. All data will be deleted responsibly after the meeting, so please do not worry.
  3. Oral presenters are encouraged to prepare an e-poster presentation (in mp4 format with audio). After your session, your e-poster will be available to attendees at ISFRI 2025.

Poster Presentation / Case Presentation

  1. All poster presenters (for general presentations and case presentations) are required to disclose any conflicts of interest. Please refer to the PowerPoint slide template on the ISFRI 2025 website and display your conflicts of interest. This should be included in your poster presentation.
  2. All poster presenters are required to prepare an e-poster presentation. Please download the PowerPoint slide template from the ISFRI 2025 website and use it to report your conflicts of interest. This should be added as the second slide in your e-poster presentation.
  3. All posters must be displayed at the designated locations. Poster numbers can be found in the session outline of the abstract book. Please check the board number in the venue for your assigned location (case presentations are on the 3rd floor, and poster presentations are on the 2nd floor).
  4. The poster size is 168 cm x 112 cm. If the poster exceeds this size, the organizing committee may assist with adjustments. Please ensure that the size is correct.
  5. For both poster and case presentations, you may also present a video linked to your e-poster. We recommend displaying a QR code on the screen to link to the video.
  6. The poster board setup (including case presentation) is available on May 14, 2025, from 15:00 to 17:00. Since the venue will be closed at 17:00, please make sure to arrive with enough time in advance.

Any modifications will be announced on our website or posted at the venue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
